We introduce ourselves as the largest manufacturer of Aluminium Extrusions in India,  having annual production of 70,000 MT  which contributes to almost 30% of the countrys total production of Aluminium Extrusions.  We have 6 Extrusion Presses (some of them  with PLC controls) under one roof,  inhouse Foundry with Hot Top Die Casting machine and state of the art Tool Making and Quality Assurance facilities.    We have ISO accreditation since 1994.    We also export our products to various sophisticated markets  like Australia, UK, Canada, Spain, Singapore, UAE, Kuwait, etc.

We have a wide range of about 4000 Dies for practically every end use in diverse application areas such as  in Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Electronics, Aviation, Refrigeration, Sports, Industrial, Transport and Moulding Industries.     Our regularly exported products include Architectural sections, Door and Window frames, sections,  Profiles for Air-conditioning grills & diffusers,  Advertising/  Signage/  Display and Shop fronts;  Bus Bars; Transport sections; Industrial sections;  sections for Solar Panels/ Pump Body  and Hardware sections such as Tubes, Rods, Bar etc.     We process extrusions in various alloys such as 6063, 6061, 6082,  6005 etc.

With our recent successful installation and commencement of commercial production of newly imported 4000 US Ton capacity Extrusion Press from SMS Scholeman, Germany equipped with latest technology and is the largest of its kind in India, we are now keenly interested in establishing business relationship with your esteem organization as a competent supplier of Aluminium Extrusions and shall be pleased to receive your enquiries / requirements.  

We offer shipments within 2-3 weeks for our standard sections and 4-5 weeks for profiles where  new dies have to be developed.     Our prices are based on the prevailing International price of the metal and are quite competitive.
